MCMXVII. Illustrated by Brock. Pp (6),11-316, colour frontispiece, four B&W plates (opp. 86, 116, 150, 248). Illustrations begining each chapter. 8vo, blue cloth, with paper onlay to front board.
Spine very badly faded & mottled, spotting to cloth, binding slackish with a few midway binding cracks, but still holding and with onlay unchipped. With its clean & tidy interior, this is an excellent candidate for rebinding, being the scarce first edition of Milne's first work for children.
